Version: 2026-07-01
This Privacy Policy explains how Ginovate LLC (“Ginovate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use Destiora. Destiora is a travel discovery, safety intelligence, and collaborative trip-planning platform. This policy is intended to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to Destiora websites, mobile or web application surfaces, authenticated account features, Planhub collaboration spaces, subscription workflows, communications, support interactions, recommendation features, and other services that link to this policy. If you use third-party services through Destiora, including Stripe, mapping providers, external booking providers, or linked websites, their privacy practices and terms also apply.
The information we collect depends on how you use Destiora, your account settings, and the features you enable.
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, authentication records, account identifiers, optional profile photo, and account settings.
- Profile and preference information: optional travel preferences, budget comfort, travel style, accessibility needs you choose to provide, dietary preferences you choose to provide, nationality, residence, language, and other profile preferences.
- Trip and Planhub information: trip names, destinations, dates, saved places, itinerary content, invitations, roles, comments, votes, reactions, notes, shared files or images if supported, collaboration activity, and trip feedback.
- Location and destination information: destinations you search, view, save, or plan around; approximate location inferred from IP address or device settings; and precise location only if a feature asks for it and you grant permission.
- Product activity and device information: searches, views, clicks, saves, recommendation interactions, session identifiers, log data, browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, approximate region, timestamps, error reports, and operational telemetry.
- Subscription and payment-related information: plan status, subscription identifiers, billing history, invoices or receipts, consent records, and limited payment metadata. Payment card numbers are processed by Stripe or another payment processor and are not stored by Destiora.
- Communications and support information: emails, support requests, survey responses, feedback, and communications with us.
- Cookies and similar technologies: cookie identifiers, analytics identifiers, preference settings, security tokens, and similar technologies described in the Cookies and Tracking section below.
- AI inputs and recommendation signals: prompts, preferences, trip context, saved places, interaction history, and feedback used to generate or improve recommendations and planning assistance within Destiora.
Some information, such as accessibility needs, dietary preferences, nationality, residence, or location-related information, may be considered sensitive in some jurisdictions or contexts. Where possible, these fields are optional and should only be provided if you want Destiora to use them for relevant features.
We collect information from you directly, from your use of Destiora, from other Planhub participants who invite you or interact with shared trip spaces, from payment processors, from service providers, and from third-party data sources used for mapping, destination information, safety context, availability signals, fraud prevention, analytics, and service reliability.
We use information to operate Destiora and provide the features users expect from a travel planning and safety intelligence platform.

- Display Planhub content to invited organizers, collaborators, and viewers according to role permissions and sharing settings.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, send transactional notices, and maintain billing records.
- Send service updates, deadline reminders, itinerary updates, security notices, and other operational communications.

- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.
Planhub is designed for group planning. When you participate in a Planhub, information you submit in that shared space may be visible to other invited participants based on their role and the trip settings. This may include preferences, comments, votes, reactions, saved places, itinerary details, invitations, and collaboration activity. Organizers may make final planning decisions, manage invitations, and control certain trip settings. Viewers may receive read-only access where sharing is enabled. If you do not want other participants to see certain information, do not post it in a shared Planhub or adjust your settings where controls are available.
Destiora uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to rank destinations, personalize recommendations, summarize planning inputs, suggest itinerary ideas, and present safety context. These systems may use destination content, third-party safety data, trend signals, your preferences, Planhub context, and your interactions with recommendations.
AI and automated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your needs. Safety scores and recommendations are informational only and are not guarantees of safety, availability, price, legal compliance, accessibility, or travel suitability.
We do not use your personal information to train a general-purpose foundation model. We may process your information through service providers that support AI, infrastructure, analytics, and safety intelligence features, subject to contractual restrictions intended to protect the information. If we materially change how personal information is used for AI training or model development, we will update this policy and provide notice where required.
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and improve Destiora. These technologies may be used for authentication, security, session management, remembering preferences, analytics, performance monitoring, personalization, and communications. Some cookies are necessary for the service to work. Others may be optional, depending on your settings and applicable law.
You can control cookies through browser settings and, where available, in-product privacy preferences. Disabling certain cookies may affect login, security, personalization, or other features. If we use cookies or similar technologies for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising in the future, we will update this policy and provide any legally required opt-out controls.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described in this policy, as directed by you, or as needed to operate, secure, and improve Destiora.
- With Planhub participants: content shared in a Planhub may be visible to invited organizers, collaborators, and viewers according to role permissions and sharing settings.
- With service providers: vendors that provide hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communications, customer support, AI processing, mapping, safety data, payment processing, fraud prevention, and operational tools.
- With payment processors: Stripe or another payment provider processes payment details and related billing information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
- With third-party services you choose: if you follow links, use external booking services, or connect third-party services, information you provide to those services is handled by those third parties.
- For legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, court order, government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to enforce our Terms, protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate protections where required.
- Aggregated or de-identified information: we may use or share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you, including for analytics, destination insights, safety intelligence, and future business reporting.
You can control certain information and uses through your account and privacy settings.
- Update account and profile information in-app where available.
- Disable optional analytics or personalization where privacy preferences are available.
- Manage browser cookies through your browser or device settings.
- Adjust notification preferences where supported, while still receiving important service, billing, security, or legal notices.
- Delete or avoid posting information in shared Planhub spaces if you do not want it visible to invited participants.
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion of certain account information by contacting privacy@destiora.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, portability of information, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, or appeal of certain decisions. You may also have the right to opt out of certain uses, such as sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, where those activities apply.
To exercise privacy rights, contact privacy@destiora.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may authorize an agent to submit a request where applicable law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, but some features may not work without information needed to provide them. We do not currently sell personal information. If our practices change in a way that requires an opt-out link or additional notice, we will update this policy and provide the required controls.
For users in California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, the categories of personal information we may collect are described in Section 2, the sources are described in Section 3, the purposes are described in Section 4, and the categories of recipients are described in Section 8. We retain personal information as described in Section 13. Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we disclose that practice and provide required opt-out choices.
Destiora is operated from the United States and may use service providers in the United States and other jurisdictions. If you access Destiora from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms. If you are in a jurisdiction such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority.
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Destiora, maintain accounts, support collaboration features, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain business records. Retention periods vary by data type and context.
- Account information is generally retained while your account is active.
- Trip and Planhub content may remain available to invited participants while the trip space exists, unless deleted or restricted according to product controls.
- Billing, tax, payment, and transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, compliance, and fraud-prevention purposes.
- Security logs, fraud-prevention records, and operational telemetry may be retained for a limited period needed to protect the service and investigate issues.
- When you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and legitimate business retention needs.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, vendor controls, and internal practices intended to reduce unnecessary collection and retention. However, no online service, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Destiora is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Destiora, contact privacy@destiora.com.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information current. Because Destiora may use your preferences, saved places, and trip inputs to personalize recommendations and Planhub experiences, inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of recommendations and planning outputs.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or last updated date and, where appropriate, notice through the service, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Destiora after an updated policy takes effect means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
